For an individual beverage, you will typically want to use 1/2 oz - 1 oz of our tea-infused simple syrups. By those measurements, expect 8-16 drinks per bottle. We recommend starting with a smaller amount of the product and gradually adding more to taste, especially for mocktails and other alcohol-free beverages. For cocktails, you will likely want 3/4 oz - 1 oz.
For a pitcher, you may use a full bottle depending on the volume of the beverage you are making. Again, start with less and add more as you see fit.
With proper refrigeration, they should last around 2 weeks. We don't use any added preservatives. If you observe any cloudiness in the product, that is an indication it is time to dispose of them.
Absolutely! Simple syrups do not contain any alcohol. While they can be used in cocktails, our products have many other potential uses: mocktails, lemonades, tea, and frozen treats. The only limit is your creativity.
Yes! Sugar is typically a primary component of a simple syrup. Currently, most of our simple syrups either contain organic raw cane sugar or brown sugar.
We are excited to announce our Hibiscus Lime syrup is now made with Agave! Another option is our Apple Chai syrup which is made with maple syrup. We plan to add more alternatives in the future.
Some of them do. We currently offer two simple syrups that contain caffeine: Mango Jasmine and Pineapple Vanilla. Our other options, Rose Cardamom and Hibiscus Lime, are tisane/herbal tea-infused; therefore, contain no caffeine.

No! We produce each of our simple syrups at Leaven, a shared kitchen in Decatur, and have all licenses, permits, and certifications required to provide safe products to our customers.
