Under some circumstances, we may issue a refund. If an item is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged product and promptly discard it. All photos of damaged products must be emailed to info@steepedandtwisted@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery for Steeped & Twisted to consider a refund or replacement.
